Amber Perez is a Texas-based artist whose work is inspired by animals, nature, and the quiet moments found in the natural world. Raised on the outskirts of a small Texas town surrounded by animals, she developed a lifelong passion for drawing and painting wildlife from an early age.

After moving to San Antonio in 2016, Amber continued returning to art as a central part of her life and creative expression. In 2025, she made the decision to pursue her lifelong dream of becoming a full-time artist.

Today, her work reflects her deep connection to nature and her appreciation for the beauty and curiosity animals bring into everyday life.

Awards and Recognition

Amber received the Finalist Award in the Teravarna 13th Animal 2026 International Juried Art Competition (3 artworks selected), among 710 participating artists.
